Sharing the neighborhood with the White House, Café Soleil has seen 12 years of serving food and drink to DC’s business professionals of all ages and tourists visiting the historical landmarks in the surrounding area. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and happy hour seven days a week. Our menu offers a wide variety of options, including steaks, salads, sandwiches, and fresh seafood.

Our goal is to ensure that each guest receives prompt, professional, friendly and courteous service. To maintain a clean, comfortable and well maintained restaurant for our guests and staff. To provide at a fair price – nutritional, well-prepared meals – using only high quality ingredients. To ensure that all guests and staff are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. To thank each guest for the opportunity to serve them. By maintaining these objectives we shall be assured of a fair profit that will allow us to contribute to the community we serve.

Cafe Soleil is located at 839 17th street NW (on the corner of 17th and “Eye” Street) – just 2 blocks from the White House.

Metro:

The Farragut West stop (via the Orange Line) is located adjacent to Cafe Soleil.

The Farragut North stop (via the Red Line) is located two blocks North of Cafe Soleil.
