How To Cook Fries In The Microwave

1. Cooking Frozen Fries in the Microwave
On the first note, here come the frozen prepared fries. You do not need any stove, oven, fryer, or toaster. You can get frozen fires in the nearby stores quickly. You can keep them in the freezer and have them when you want. Most of the frozen fries are microwave-friendly. They are processed to cook in the microwave.

Steps-1: Take a Microwave safe baking tray and place a baking sheet on it. Place the frozen fries here. Try to separate frozen fries and spread them all over the tray as much as you can.
Step-2: Preheat the microwave for 1 minute and then place the tray into the microwave. At first, heat the microwave for 30 seconds and then spread them more. Then heat the microwave for 2 minutes, and then flip the fries over. Again, heat the fries for 1 or 2 minutes. Thus flip the fries 3 to 4 times and heat them at intervals. The fries get the most heat at the side that touches the tray or pan. So, flipping them repeatedly makes the fries crispier.

2. Potato Fries Chips in the Microwave
To make perfect potato chips, you have to cut them as much thin as you can. The most delicate fries become the crispier chips. So, use the potato slicer machine or chips cutter to have perfect thin chips. You can use a sharp knife if you do not have the slicer. In this process, you have to soak the potatoes. Soaking cut potatoes remove extra starch from the potatoes and make them crispier.
You can modify the recipe to ad your taste. You can add salt and fry. But to make it tastier, sprinkling some pepper or other spices is a better option. You can add some chili powder. If you brush a little butter or olive oil over the potatoes, it will taste premium. Let’s follow the steps below to have delicious chips.
Step-1: At first, collect all necessary ingredients, including potatoes, butter or olive oil, cold water, slicer machine or knife, microwave-proof bowl, tray, rock salt, and seasonings.
Step-2: Now start the preparation by slicing the potatoes correctly. Cut them as much thin as you can. If you use a machine, all the chips will be the same in size. But with a knife, you have to try to make all of the same. First, cut one potato in half and then slice one half carefully into 1/8 inches to 1/16 inches. Then cut another half of that potato. Cut all the potatoes like this.
Step-3: Soak the pieces immediately into the cold water after cutting them. That’s why keep a bowl full of col water and soak the potatoes. Keep them soaked. When you see that the water gets unclear, rinse the chips. It, generally, takes 20 to 25 minutes.
Step-4: After rinsing them correctly, place them on a dry cloth in the open area. Spread them well to dry up. After drying correctly, add your spices or seasoning as your taste. Sprinkle the rock salt and pepper. You can sprinkle chili powder or another seasoning. Mix all spices, salts well, and then spread all the chips over a microwave-proof tray. Step-5: It is time to place the tray into the microwave. Preheat the microwave for one minute. Set the heat of the microwave at the highest. Place the tray and heat it for 3 minutes. Step-1: Collect three Medium-sized potatoes, cooking oil, salt, red chili powder.
Step-2: Peel all the potatoes and wash them well, then cut them into finger size pieces. Take a bowl and fill that with cold water. Keep the cut potatoes soaked in cold water for half an hour at least. Then rinse the potatoes by shaking frequently. Take a baking tray and brush oil over it. Place the potatoes in the baking tray. Spread them generously sprinkle red chili powder, pepper, and salt.
Step-3: Place the tray into the microwave, set the heat at medium-high temperature, and then heat it for 4 to 5 minutes. Then flip the potatoes and then heat them again at high temperature for 4 to 5 minutes more. If you see that the potatoes are not cooked well, fry them more at medium-high heat.
